Retreat Policy

Be sure that you are ALL IN when you purchase your ticket as there are no refunds. Once you purchase your ticket it is final, there are no change of mind refunds. Once you purchase your ticket it is non refundable.

RISKS: The participant agrees that attending Alchemy Retreat (hereinafter referred to as “the event) is entirely at her own risk. Any experience or service are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information services, coaching, uninterrupted access, or products and services provided through or in connection with the service. The participant acknowledges the following:The participant agrees that the use of all, or part of the service is entirely at the participants own risk. Any actions or lack of actions, taken by the participant of such advice is done so solely by choice and responsibility of the participant and is neither the responsibility nor liability of event organisers/facilitators, their agents, employees, officers, volunteers, and/or contractors, and any person or organisation associated with them and their activities (under Samantha Davies and Tim Morrison).The participant understands that any experience, service and/or information at the event is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment, and the participant will not use it in place of any form of therapy. The participant recognises that the group processes on the event require emotional, physical and mental efforts, exertion and behavioural experimentation, on the participants part, which may cause physical, mental or emotional stress. The participant fully acknowledges and takes full responsibility for all risks involved in participating in any aspect of this course. The participant understands that it is her responsibility to consult with her primary health care provider prior to participating and should the participant choose not to consult her health care provider, the participant accepts full responsibility waiving all rights to liability or any claims against Samantha Davies, Tim Morrison and any of their agents, administrators, employees or volunteers. The participant attests to the fact that the participant has, or will prior to arrival, disclose all relevant information regarding her physical, emotional or mental conditions that could cause harm to the participant by participating in this event. The participant, and/or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Samantha Davies or Tim Morrison for any injury, harm or death caused by either negligence or other acts. The participant has read and understood this form and all its contents, and the participant voluntarily agrees to the terms and conditions stated above.

By purchasing this agreement I consent that I am in good physical health and of sound mind, and do not suffer from any condition that would hinder my participation in any activity by Samantha Davies and Tim Morrison. These Activities include, but are not limited to, group healings, personal energy work, breath work, yoga classes, ceremonies, workshops, and/or various other activities. I understand that my participation in all offerings held by Samantha Davies and Tim Morrison Including their colleagues, contractors, and/or employees are strictly for entertainment purposes and understand any personal medical concerns are under the care of a medical professional. Any advice given is ultimately determined by my own free will and I release any liability to sue Samantha Davies of The Womban Space, it’s employees, instructors, or contractors. My participation in all activities, is confirmation that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries or damages known or unknown without limitation. Additionally I am aware that Samantha Davies and/ or Tim Morrison is not a storage facility, if you leave items at the event space will be donated unless you contact us within 7 days and organise pick up in your own time.

WORKSHOPS:The participant understands that they have full choice and responsibility over participation in the workshops they choose to experience. The participant understands and agrees that they will actively voice if they wish to sit out of any of the experiences at any workshop.

CONFIDENTIALITY: The participant understands that, in order to ensure that all participants feel free to fully express themselves at Alchemy, for participants to feel that their privacy at Alchemy is protected, and to ensure a full and open interchange of ideas amongst participants, there is a STRICT CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY at Alchemy. The participant agrees to keep everything shared and experienced within the event of Alchemy closed to all those who did not partake in the event. The participant agrees to share her own personal experience of her own journey at Alchemy but agrees to not disclose the information of others. The participant understands that information will be held as confidential unless the participant states otherwise in writing. If the participant reports child or elder abuse or neglect or threaten to harm oneself or someone else, the participant understands necessary actions will be taken and the confidentiality agreement limited in this capacity. All participants agrees that all information received is for personal use only, under no circumstance can any practices, exercises, processes, workshops, information be taken to be used for business outside of Alchemy. If done so, the participant acknowledges that legal action will be taken and the appropriate fine will be put in place. All practices, exercises, workshops, information is property of Samantha Davies and Tim Morrison. 

MEDIA RELEASE:The participant understands that this event will be filmed and photographed and hereby gives consent to Samantha Davies and Tim Morrison to use of any video/photo content the participant is in for training, educational, and marketing purposes without further consent within the boundaries of the confidentiality as described earlier. The participant agrees for Samantha Davies and Tim Morrison, or any of their facilitators, volunteers or contractors know prior to the event if they wish to not be captured on film or photographed. I hereby release my image should photos be taken in group activities that may later appear on future media, for websites, social, or any press purposes. 

By purchasing a ticket to this retreat, with Samantha Davies, Tim Morrison and affiliates, contractors and/or employees and entering any space held by Samantha Davies and Tim Morrison, I acknowledge that I have read and completely understand the terms of the release, that I am legally of sound mind, and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.

COVID POLICY: In the event of any COVID related event including but not limited to lockdowns of WA the retreat date will be moved and your booking will be transferred to the new date. No refunds will be given in the event of a change to the event due to COVID as the event will still run but at a changed date.

REFUND POLICY: The participant understands and accepts the Alchemy refund policy. No refunds are available for this event.
